But conscious parenting doesn&#8217;t start with techniques. <br\/><br\/><strong>It starts with you. With how you live. With how you look at yourself. With how you take care of yourself.   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>You cannot give what you have not received&#8230; but you can give what you have transformed<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Many of us grew up learning to keep our feelings to ourselves. To behave &#8220;well,&#8221; to not bother others, to please others. To survive without causing discomfort.<\/p>\n\n<p>And then motherhood and fatherhood arrive&#8230; and you find yourself with a little being who <strong>feels everything.<\/strong> Who cries, screams, gets angry, searches. And you&#8230; you don&#8217;t quite know what to do with it. <\/p>\n\n<p>Because to share another&#8217;s emotions, you first need to <strong>be able to share your own.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>That&#8217;s where the work begins.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Stop. Look at you. Listen to you.  <\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Conscious parenting <strong><strong>isn&#8217;t about demanding perfection. It&#8217;s a journey of self-realization.<\/strong> Where you dare to <strong>look at your own wounds<\/strong> and do something new with them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>It&#8217;s not about knowing everything. It&#8217;s about being available. About breathing before reacting. About making amends when you make mistakes. About protecting your history so you can protect your child&#8217;s.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Raising with awareness is raising from within.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Deep change does not occur from the head, but from the bond<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>I want to remind you that for our children to feel safe, <strong>we need to feel safe too.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>That it is not enough to \u201cknow\u201d about attachment.<br\/><strong>You have to live it. Feel it in your body. Experience it in a relationship.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>And that&#8217;s why real change happens when <strong>someone looks at us with tenderness,<\/strong> when we can cry with another mother without being judged, when we feel in our bodies that we are not alone. <\/p>\n\n<p>Because <strong>the bond repairs. Connection transforms. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Taking care of yourself is taking care of<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>It&#8217;s not selfish to take time for yourself. It&#8217;s not superficial to create beauty in your life. It&#8217;s not unnecessary to stop.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Your self-care is part of conscious parenting.<\/strong> Because you can&#8217;t support others if you&#8217;re not supported.<\/p>\n\n<p>And because your children don&#8217;t just learn what you tell them. They learn how you treat yourself. How you speak to yourself. How you allow yourself to rest, cry, laugh, and heal. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Conscious parenting isn&#8217;t about making everything perfect. It&#8217;s about being present. It&#8217;s about looking within. It&#8217;s about choosing differently. It&#8217;s about walking with compassion, even when you fall. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>And you don&#8217;t have to walk that path alone. I&#8217;ll help you look, feel, and rebuild. To find within yourself the safe space from which to nurture.
